You agree not to use Received for any unlawful, misleading, or abusive activities, including but not limited to:

• Creating forms designed to phishing for credentials, passwords, credit card numbers, or other highly sensitive authentication details.
• Distributing malicious code, spyware, or using the service to spam third parties.
• Harassing or violating the legal rights of others.

4. Data and Ownership

We do not claim ownership of the content or response data you collect. However, by using the service, you grant us the necessary license to host, transmit, and display that data strictly to provide the service to you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Received is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SixDesign makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, uptime, or correctness of the service or the security of your stored data beyond standard best practices.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we find that you have violated these Terms.

7. Updates to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
